ANTON ZVIR

Dance Teacher and Pilates Instructor

My journey with dance began as both my parents were dancers. So naturally, at the age of 5, I embarked on the same path, starting with training in folk dance from my country.

I joined the Bolshoi School in Minsk at the age of 10.

In 2000, I left the Republic of Belarus for France and joined the Young Ballet of the National Conservatory of Music and Dance in Lyon. Later on, I was engaged at the National Opera of Bordeaux as a professional dancer.

I continued my training at the Rosella Hightower School in Cannes (2003). After a period in Lille (Caroline Carlson Company), I moved to Turin in 2005 to join the Balletto Teatro di Torino.

In 2007, I joined the National Ballet of Marseille.

My career as a professional dancer ended in July 2020.

Aware for a long time that my career as a performer on stage would come to an end, I matured and worked on my long-held desire to teach.

I embarked on years of study that led me to obtain the dance teaching diploma, not without initially considering pursuing the Pilates instructor training. Due to its comprehensive techniques and the multitude of benefits I experienced, Pilates seemed to me to be the best teaching method to offer for a wide range of people seeking various goals: sports, well-being, physical recovery... ultimately constituting a significant contribution to dance education.
